They ask a lot of questions and want us to send them a lot of documents to back up our answers. That’s ok. The more documentation you can give them , the better the loan program and interest rate they can get for you.

   Sometimes low credit scores, very little credit, or no credit  may dictate that we’ll all have to wait until the situation can be corrected. Usually only a few months.
